HELIOCENTRIC MYSTERY CHART N.2

This mystery chart is about a very famous person again.
I will make this one a little more difficult to guess by giving only four hints. These hints are based on the analysis of the heliocentric chart, so they are a good way to learn astrology and heliocentric astrology in particular.
The hints are added to this page progressively. The solution will be given on Sunday.
Enjoy yourselves!

Here is the chart:

Wednesday - Hint 1:

Mercury is in Aquarius: Aquarius is a sign connected with groups and more generally with the collective. Mercury placed in Aquarius often gives originality of thought and an interest in social issues. The individual with Mercury in Aquarius may either rebel against a system, or may bring about some form of revolution or may be an innovator or reformer.
Our Mystery person is a famous reformer.

Thursday - Hint 2:

Mercury's dispositor is Saturn in Capricorn: the originality and innovating abilities of Mercury in Aquarius are enhanced by Saturn's placement in its own sign Capricorn. The mind concentrates and focuses on what is essential in any specific matter. Saturn and Capricorn also signify structure. Mystery's reforms came about as an essential restructuring.

Saturn is in opposition to  the tight Jupiter-Pluto conjunction in Cancer: Cancer is the sign of family, home, roots. More generally Cancer signifies origins and nation. Jupiter signifies systems. With Saturn in opposition to Jupiter, this person confronted (opposition) a national system through restructuring reforms.
Pluto is the significator for destruction of old forms and renewal. The conjunction with Jupiter is almost exact (the orb is only 1 arc minute): as a result of Mystery's reforms, the old form of the national system was practically destroyed and a new form came about in its place.

Friday - Hint 3:

Saturn is squared by Uranus: keeping in mind that Saturn is Mercury's dispositor, Uranus in 4th-house aspect to Saturn exerts an activating force on the person's  focus, while at the same time this activation pulls towards 4th house significations. In this person's case, the significations replicate those already present in the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction in Cancer, thereby reinforcing them: the nation (4th house as origins) is the activated area.
At the same time, the square implies a tension between the person's focus and the origins as activating area of that focus.

In March 1985 Mystery achieved a very important position within the nation: transit Uranus was exactly (to the exact degree and minute) trine natal Uranus. The trine was a fortunate 9th-house trine, as heliocentric Uranus was at 14° 57' Sagittarius.
At the same time transit Pluto at 3° Scorpio was in 10th-house aspect to natal Mercury: it became Mystery's duty to start a fundamental transformation (Pluto) through reforms (Mercury in Aquarius).

Saturday - Hint 4:

In August 1991, an unexpected event occurred which impacted negatively on Mystery's position.  Transit Pluto at  19° Scorpio was in trine, within an orb of only 16 minutes, to natal Jupiter. As we have seen, Jupiter represented the establishment that Mystery had confronted, since the appointment  in 1985, through Mercury's dispositor Saturn. At the very same time, transit Neptune was applying to conjunction (within 18 minutes of orb) to natal Saturn.
The impact of these combined transits was such that Mystery was forced to momentarily surrender (Neptune) his position . Later that year, as a result of this event, he effectively resigned from his post.

Sunday - Solution:

The chart is that of Mikhail Gorbachev, born in Privolnoje (Russia) on March 2nd, 1931.

His political reforms were known as Glasnost (openness) and Perestroika (restructuring) (hint 1 and 2).

The reforms were aimed at the democratization of the Soviet Union (hint 2).

The Gorbachev era began with his election as General Secretary of the Communist Party on March 11th, 1985 (hint 3).

The August Coup (August 19 - 21, 1991), launched by Soviet Communist hardliners, failed in its attempt but Gorbachev's power was greatly undermined as a result (hint 4).
