Saturn, Pluto and Natascha Kampusch
What happened to Natascha Kampusch, the girl abducted on March 2, 1998 and free at last after eight years of imprisonment?
She was born in Austria on February 17, 1988 with three strong planets in her heliocentric chart, their strength deriving from being in their own sign: Mercury in Virgo, Earth in Leo, Mars in Scorpio.
An analytical and rational mind (Mercury in Virgo), a fairly strong body (Earth in Leo), a will to fight against all odds (Mars in Scorpio): the makings of a survivor.
Where do we find the clues to her dramatic and extreme ordeal?
In Sagittarius we find a Saturn-Uranus conjunction, activating (Uranus) a deprivation (Saturn). Saturn is in a fourth-house square to Mercury, meaning Natascha's mind (Mercury) is aware of a deprivation (Saturn) and that this deprivation resides in her environment (fourth house).
Jupiter is the ruler of the Saturn/Uranus combination and is in Taurus receiving an opposition from Pluto. This aspect adds to the difficulties because Jupiter, acting as dispositor for Saturn, represents the fourth-house matters (immediate environment, family, home, dwellings) which are further challenged by Pluto (elimination and renewal).
As a matter of interest, the abductor, Wolfgang Priklopil (born on May 14, 1962) had Saturn at 5° 39' Aquarius in a nearly exact tenth-house square to Natascha's Jupiter at 5° 48' Taurus.
There are also other challenging aspects between the two charts, notably Priklopil's Jupiter at 27° Aquarius in opposition to Natascha's Earth at 27° Leo and Priklopil's Earth at 23° Scorpio in conjunction with Natascha's Mars at 22° Scorpio.
On March 2, 1998, Natascha - only 10 years old - was grabbed by Priklopil while she was walking to school. Saturn was transiting at 21° 52' Aries in an eight-house aspect to Natascha's Mercury and in a sixth-house aspect to Natascha's Mars. Quincuxes are the most difficult aspects to deal with, as the sixth-house quincux brings about extreme uneasiness, while the eighth-house quincux brings about a destructive, dangerous effect on the planet receiving it
Pluto was transiting at 6° Sagittarius: another 8th-house aspect, with Natascha's Jupiter at the receiving end.
More than eight years later, on August 23, 2006, Natascha was finally able to escape and her kidnapper committed suicide later that same day.
Pluto transiting at 25° Sagittarius was conjunct Natascha's Saturn. That very same Pluto, which had signaled her abduction (Pluto as elimination) when transiting in difficult aspect to natal Jupiter (representing her environment), turned against her captor (represented by Natascha's Saturn).
At the same time, transit Jupiter at 22° Scorpio joined forces with Natascha's Mars in the same degree, enhancing the martian surviving instincts: fight or flight. In this case it was the flight towards freedom.
Let us wish a rewarding and happy life to this extraordinary girl.
